A really short method of tsokolate preparation. There is no need for long boiling times, blender or an old time batirol.
1) Measure about 10 to 15 grams and place in a regular coffee mug. You may also break 3 to 5 pieces in absence of weighing scale.
2) Add recently boiled water and stir continuously for 15 to 30 seconds. Remember the solubility rate is affected by temperature. The closer the water temperature comes close to boiling the more soluble the chocolate bar becomes.
3) Optionally, add milk, sugar and spices.
If it never dissolves, then you need a pot to boil it nice and slow for at least 30 minutes. To my experience some tabliya readily dissolves and some are not. If you find the first, then the procedure as stated is applicable, not otherwise.
