Filipino Low Carb Fruits for Diabetics

According to FNRI all listed fruits were considered to be low GI fruits (GI less than 55), except for lakatan and pinya (56±10), which are regarded medium GI fruits (GI less than 70). Therefore, these fruits should be included among the fruit choices in the meals of diabetics.
