How to Make Oregano Tea and Rip the Benefits

I remember the days when I was a child. My mother always force me to drink  oregano extract every time I got sick. What for? The extracts tastes awful .

Now I found a way to make oregano drinking enjoyable. You need some oregano leaves, a piece of pandan leaf and brown sugar. Pandan leaf will make your oregano drink aromatic.

Boil oregano in water until the color becomes slightly brown. Drop the piece of pandan leaf and boil for few more minutes. I did not mention any proportion because it depends on your taste preference. Then add brown sugar to sweeten. Now, your oregano tea is ready.

It taste good brother! Try it ! Ice chilled oregano tea taste even better. Enjoy a cup of oregano tea with many benefits.

  1. Link exchange is nothing else however it is just placing the other person’s web site link on your page at proper place and other person will also do same in favor of you.

  2. Hi, I read your oregano blog. I just like to clarify, I saw you boiled the leaves in an aluminum pan, is this not harmful? They say it’s better to boil tea in clay or glass pots. Thanks.

    1. It is indeed harmful if the solution is acidic, not if the mixture is neutral. I gonna read more to find more about it. Thanks for the reminder!
