Sehat Badan, a coffee made of several Indonesian herbs. It claimed to promote and enhance general well-being and treat various diseases such as asthma, urinary stones, allergy, impotence, rheumatism, toothache and ulcer.
The coffee was banned by Philippine FDA on January 2014 due to unapproved health claims, lack of label English translation and non-registration.

A man suffered from liver disease, renal failure and other complications due to Sehat Badan consumption. He drank it continually as coffee replacement and cure for his current sickness.
The featured man was not an isolated case. There were many reports of health problems caused by this supplement.
After FDA laboratory test, the coffee Sehat Badan was discovered not made of herbs, but of over-the-counter medicines. Drugs namely: Diclofenac Sodium, Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.
No wonder why those person who drank it felt relief. The coffee, which is fake, is made of three popular pain relievers (maybe more).
Pain relief? Meaning, it eases the pain but never cure the source. The real culprit is still there without manifesting pain.
Pain relievers should be taken in moderation. Continous intake is likely to result to liver and renal problems.
The manufacturer is the first criminal here, for producing a dangerous product. Then the distributors/seller who continue selling after knowing its health dangers. The third are “us”. Us who depend our well being to a single all-cure product.
