While copying and typing the back label of Strepsils Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol Amylmetacresol one lozenge was in my left jaw just in front of left teeth. I am allowing the natural saliva production to melt it and relieve my pesky sore throat and prevent hard dry coughing.
I have been gurgling vinegar for consecutive days but the sore throat keeps on coming back. Time to take other medications. Besides, gurgling vinegar too much is not ideal. It causes pain and stomach ache.
Streptuss was another variation of Streptils which had stronger effect. It was able to cure sore throat and prevent coughing significantly faster and longer. I cannot find Streptuss anymore, maybe the product has been discontinued.
Hoping to have a good night sleep with Strepsils.
