The Edmark Guided Knife and Tool Set

My pair of Edmark knife was broken. The one really got broken and the other one was missing. I searched long enough and it was time to secure a replacement.

edmark guided knives

These are thin flexible knives. The one has a sharp plain wedge while the other has a sharp saw-like wedge. The saw knife can be use to peel young coconut – as seen on demonstration. These knives are must for me. The stainless steel guide make it easier to make thin and uniform slices of fruits and vegetables. It is perfect for making banana and potato chips. With these feature, peeling of fruits and veggies is a breeze, as easy as eating a pie.

There are other useful tools included in the package I bought.

yo yo whisk

The yo-yo whisk. Simply hold the handle. Place on bowl center. Press down and release continuously. Fast and easy mixing. Good for beating eggs, making cappuccino and producing mayonnaise. I am planning to make my own mayonnaise so this will be of great help.

empanada maker

The pastry puff maker. Its the empanada maker / molder. Empanada with uniform shape and has good edge design are more attractive. A good buy for empanada makers.

cheese cutter

The cheese cutter. I never know its real name. I think this is for cutting cheese – making uniform corrugated cut. Also applicable for soft fruits and vegetables.

triangular plastic saw knife

This last one is weird. I cannot remember its purpose! Its looks like a triangular steel bar with a sharp pointed tip.

I bought all of the above for the price of 299.75 pesos.
