Another recipe I created this morning. I picked few young alugbati leaves from garden, shredded it, mixed with beaten eggs, then fried. A plain fried egg infused with alugbati leaves turned to alugbati omelet. A healthy food out of indigenous vegetable for my kids.
Here it goes!
Heat the pan. Saute garlic and onion along with alugabati leaves. Season with ground pepper and salt to taste. Transfer the sauteed mix in strainer to drain excess oil. Mix to beaten eggs. Fry. Put on platter and garnish with whole and chopped alugbati leaves.
