Bulanglang, Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:
1 part squash, (the regular market slice), sliced
1 small ampalaya, sliced
5 sigarilyas/ kalamismis, cut
5 okra, cut
5 pole sitao, cut
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/4 kilo pork, cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
bagoong or patis to taste

Procedure:
1) Sauté onion, garlic, pork and tomatoes.
2) Mix the vegetables: kalabasa, pole sitao, ampalaya, okra, and kalamismis. Add desired amount of water and boil until vegetables are tender.
3) Add fish paste or fish sauce to taste.

bulanglang

Bulanglang is mixed vegetables. Other vegetables of choice can be added.
