Appetizer is one of my favorite orders when eating in any restaurant. I often eat such outside but not at home. I asked, why shouldn’t I prepared it myself? It can be enjoyed by me, by my kids and my hubby. I decided to make one for lunch, the Coleslaw Appetizer. It tastes so good. I can say it is comparable to what your favorite restaurants are serving.
2 cups green cabbage, small squares
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pack sandwich spread, 80 ml
1 small box California raisins
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup cooked ham, thinly sliced
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, bell peppers and mix. In other bowl, combine mayonnaise and sandwich spread and mix well. Pour over mixture cabbage from the dressing mixture. Add raisins, peanut and ham. Mix thoroughly. Then, Refrigerate. Serve cold.
