Eggplant Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo eggplant, broiled
3 medium size tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp calamansi juice
1 bulb onion
fish sauce to taste

Cooking Procedure:

Broil eggplant until cook. Remove eggplant skin. Slice eggplant meat into 1 inch squares. Mix eggplant slices, tomatoes and onion. Mix in calamansi juice and fish sauce to taste.
