How to Make Ensaladang Camote Tops


1 cup camote tops
1 grilled eggplant, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 bulb native onion, sliced
2 calamansi
1 tsp bagoong isda

How to prepare:

Boil one cup water. Blanch camote tops. Drain. In a platter, arrange camote tops and eggplant. Top with tomato, egg and onion. Season with extracted calamansi and bagoong isda. Serve and enjoy!
