Ginataang Gulay with Alimasag


500 grams alimasag
650 grams kalabasa, cubes
1 cup string beans, cut
1 cup malunggay leaves
1 eggplant
2 siling panigang
1 bulb onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc ginger, thumb size, sliced
1 tbsp ground pepper
2 cups coconut milk
fish sauce to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Saute garlic and onion. Add ginger and coconut milk. Season with pepper and fish sauce to taste. Simmer. Add squash and string beans. Boil for three minutes. Add eggplant and siling panigang. Let boil. Then, add malunggay leaves. Cover the pan. Serve hot.
