How to Make Tofu Balls


1 cup mashed tokwa
1 cup minced fish
1 carrot, grated
5 leaves parsley, chopped
1 bulb onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
dash ground pepper
salt to taste
all purpose flour
bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
cooking oil

Cooking Procedure:

In a bowl, place mashed tofu and minced fish, then mix thoroughly. Add carrots, parsley, onion and garlic. Season with ground pepper and salt to taste. Stir. Roll mixture ingredients into balls and coat with egg, flour and bread crumbs.

In a pan, heat cooking oil and deep fry balls until golden brown. Remove and drain in a strainer. Serve with banana catsup as dip. Enjoy!
