How to Make Vegetable Patties

Ingredients:

1 cup kalabasa, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup togue
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp margarine
1 cup flour
ground pepper
1 head onion, big, chopped
salt to taste

Cooking Instructions.

Wash and peel all vegetables. Melt margarine. In a bowl, add all vegetables, beaten eggs, melted margarine, ground pepper, onion and salt to taste. Mix while gradually adding flour until thick. Get two spoonful mixture. Shape to patties. Deep fry. Repeat until all mixture is consumed.

Serve with catsup or vinaigrette.
