Omelet Rice

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter or cooking oil
1/4 kilogram bacon, chopped to small pieces
1 small onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 small carrot, cut to matchsticks shape
10 pesos togue, mungbean sprouts
5 pieces onion leaves/leeks
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 eggs, beaten
salt to taste

Cooking Procedure:

1) Heat 3 tbsp butter or cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2) Saute onions, garlic and bacon meat until golden or for about 3 minutes. Add carrots, togue, onion leeks then add two cups of cooked rice and stir until hot. Add oyster sauce and salt to taste then continue stirring for another five minutes.
