1/4 kilogram alamang, minute shrimp paste
1/4 kilogram pork, cut into small cubes
1 piece medium sized onion, sliced
3 tomatoes, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
1. Saute the onion, garlic, tomatoes and pork until the meat is golden brown.
2. Add minute shrimp paste and saute for another 15 minutes. Add sugar to counteract saltiness.
3. Siling labuyo or chilli powder can be added if desired. I love chilli taste but she doesn’t eat hot meal. Hmp!
