Sinigang na Bangus with Banana Blossoms

This is another quick and delectable dish prepared by my loving wife.

Ingredients:
1 bangus(milkfish) cut to steaks
10 sigarilyas, cut
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup chopped banana blossoms.
fish sauce and vinegar to taste

Procedure:

2) Place all the ingredients in a pot. Add enough water and boil until the kalamismis/sigarilyas is tender.
3) Add fish sauce and vinegar to taste.
4) Serve.
