Tinolang Manok de Watermelon

1/4 kilo chicken meat, chopped
1 cup chayote, chopped
1 cup young chili leaves
1 cup watermelon, cubes
1 bulb onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-size ginger, sliced
1 tsp ground pepper
fish sauce to taste
1 cup water

Cooking Instructions:
Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Add chicken. Add pepper and fish sauce to taste. Add chayote. Pour one cup water. Boil until tender. Add watermelon and chili leaves. Continue boiling for five minutes. Serve hot.
