Saute' Egg Mustasa


1 bundle mustasa, thinly cut
2 beaten eggs
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bulb red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
ground pepper
salt to taste
cooking oil

Cooking Procedures:

Saute’ garlic and onion until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until done. Add mustasa and season with ground pepper and salt to taste. Continue mixing. Add egg and stir slightly. Cover the pan to prevent rapid heat loss. Serve
